About us

The Chief Physician Department is one of the staff departments within Närhälsan, and we have 22 employees with broad expertise.

We are located in Närhälsan's four offices in Borås, Gothenburg, Skövde, and Vänersborg. Each office has a chief physician, development leaders for patient safety, and pharmacists. The department also includes a safety unit. We are also responsible for health-promoting healthcare and mental health. We are now looking for a pharmacist who will belong to Närhälsan's Chief Physician Department; including you, we are six pharmacists handling all issues related to pharmaceuticals.

About the job

As a pharmacist, your tasks include monitoring and analyzing prescriptions at the health centers. You will also support managers and operations in pharmaceutical matters where you inform about prescribing patterns, present the REK list and news in the pharmaceutical field, and participate in training directed at employees in Närhälsan.

The work involves participation in the administration's strategic pharmaceutical work, such as quality review of medication management and procedures. You will participate in Närhälsan's pharmaceutical council and in various regional assignments within the pharmaceutical field. The work also includes collaboration with other staff departments at Närhälsan and cooperation with other administrations within the Västra Götaland region or authorities.

About you

You are a licensed pharmacist and have experience working as a pharmacist. Experience in monitoring and training is advantageous, as is experience working in public services.

Your tasks include writing reports and preparing presentations, as well as collaborating with various parties, so it is required that you have an excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, as well as good knowledge of Excel.

As a person, you are structured, can work independently, and are willing to take your own initiatives. You have a systematic working method and strong integrity. Furthermore, you have analytical skills, are meticulous, and flexible. Close collaboration with others within and outside the administration requires that you have good collaborative skills, are unpretentious, and attentive to others' needs. Other

The assignment includes travel and many contacts, so it is important that you enjoy being visible in the organization. A driver's license is necessary.
