In Patient-Centric Service, we perform tasks that do not require healthcare education.

Primarily, it involves tasks in four different areas:

meal management, patient transport, material and textile management, and other service tasks. We ensure delivery quality by working from standardized job descriptions and boundary lists developed together with healthcare staff.

Regional Services works with service to Region Örebro County's operations. Service Host in Patient-Centric Service, Summer Temporary Position 2025, Lindesberg

Job Responsibilities

As a service employee in Patient-Centric Service, your tasks will vary throughout the day depending on which process you are working with. For example, we handle and prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the care departments. Inventory and order materials and textiles, unpack and replenish supplies in various storerooms. Transport patients between different departments/clinics.

In other service areas, we have mixed additional tasks, such as being a service host in intensive care units, managing certain storerooms, and cleaning various instruments.

Upon employment in Patient-Centric Service, you will participate in various internal training programs to ensure your competence in the processes you will work in.

We provide this internal training so that you feel secure in your tasks and that we ensure patient safety in a good way.

Qualifications

We are now looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have a good command of the Swedish language in speech, reading comprehension, and writing.
• Have basic computer skills, meaning you can:

use the main functions in word processing programs like Microsoft Word and in spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel, send, read, and reply to emails in Outlook, search and manage information on the intranet.

• Are dedicated: For you, it is natural to be a face to the outside world. You build relationships with our customers, are responsible, trustworthy, and have the ability to work both in teams and independently.
• Are driven: You actively contribute to the development of the organization and to creating a good and pleasant work environment.
• Are compassionate: You understand the importance of focusing on the organization, which you demonstrate through your warm approach towards others, with your good service sense and your willingness to work towards good quality and high service levels.
• Are flexible: With us, one day is not like the other, and you need to be able to handle rapid changes and unforeseen events.
