As a site manager at our client, to whom you will be recruited, you will play a key role in driving and leading projects to success. You will be responsible for the entire process – from planning to execution – and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. The projects are varied and may sometimes be carried out in other locations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for financial management, timelines, and work environment.
• Ensuring that quality and environmental requirements are met.
• Active collaboration with project members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Development of effective working methods that contribute to successful projects.

You have solid experience in leading construction projects and a strong knowledge in areas such as law, financial management, and work environment. We are looking for a person who

• Has several years of experience as a site manager in construction/infrastructure.
• Is structured and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage complex projects.
• Is unpretentious, collaborative, and willing to share their expertise.
• Builds strong and long-term relationships both internally and externally.
