Your role

As a site manager with us, you will have great trust and a lot of freedom. You will independently manage your projects – from start to finish – and lead your workgroup with the support of engaged colleagues and supervisors. Here, you have the opportunity to genuinely influence both work methods and results.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and become a key person in our continued development.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in managing civil engineering projects and who thrives in an environment where teamwork and responsibility go hand in hand. You are used to leading both people and projects, have a good understanding of finances, and a practical grasp of the work.

You are a person who:

• Has the ability to plan, structure, and at the same time be flexible.
• Is solution-oriented and confident in your decisions.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
