The geographical location of the unit offers great opportunities for various forms of outdoor activities for both students and staff. Sköllersta is about 20 km from Örebro and central Hallsberg, with good communication opportunities via local transport.

Currently, Sköllersta school is looking for a licensed special education teacher with a focus on mathematics development. If you have also been employed as a lead teacher in mathematics, that is also of interest. We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, can easily adapt to the needs of the organization, and enjoys development work. It is an advantage if you have previous work experience as a special education teacher and have good knowledge of NPF, accessible learning environments, systematic quality work, and the ability to guide and train teachers.

Qualifications

• Working with interventions, following up, analyzing, and documenting within the framework of systematic quality work at the individual and process level.
• Providing guidance, consultation, and professional development to staff.
• Conducting assessments, analyses, and investigations.
• Managing contacts with staff, guardians, and students as well as other internal and external contacts.
• Supporting educators in their work with pedagogical planning, pedagogical investigations, evaluation of teaching, and follow-up of interventions.
