Ramdalsskolan is a primary school (F-6) with about 510 students. The after-school program consists of two inspiring departments - activity after-school and outdoor after-school.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an after-school educator/teacher who wants to help continue developing our fantastic operations at our after-school program. We want you to contribute to developing a safe and high-quality after-school program where students are challenged and acknowledged based on their conditions and needs.

You will work closely with your colleagues and have great opportunities to steer the educational activities towards what is important to create a meaningful leisure time for the students.

As an after-school educator/teacher, you will be responsible for a group of students during leisure time but also have a role as an activity educator. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with many other engaged teachers regarding the after-school program.

Planning time will be allocated to carry out your educational work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We want you to have a degree as an after-school educator/teacher or equivalent higher education degree. You have the ability to be a clear, structured educational leader who takes overall responsibility and can inspire students with a good goal fulfillment in sight. It is important for you to plan the activities based on students' different needs and conditions. You are eager to try new working methods and constantly seek to improve and develop yourself as an educator. You find it easy to collaborate, believe in building good relationships, and have a professional and pleasant approach. You are solution-focused and have a positive attitude towards school and after-school program development.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Interviews will be conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Start date according to agreement.

The position is filled on the condition that it is not needed by already employed staff or that the conditions for recruitment change.
