Principal Area A

Our school area consists of four schools: Herrhagsskolan, Långsätterskolan, Nävekvarns skola, and Buskhyttans skola. Herrhagen is located on Arnö among residential areas with forest and nature close by. The school has a well-functioning student and safety team as well as high teacher qualifications. We have about 320 students.

Buskhyttan is located in the center of the Buskhyttan community, 1.5 mil south of Nyköping. The school has 26 students from preschool to grade 3, as well as an after-school department with space for all our students. Nävekvarn is located by the shore of Bråviken, about 2.5 mil from Nyköping. The school has just over 60 students from preschool to grade 6. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In area A, we are now looking for a licensed primary teacher F-3 for Herrhagsskolan. We work in teams where each team has a team leader from EHT. Together, you will develop your teaching so that you can best support the students' development. You are part of the team and responsible for teaching, mentorship, contact with guardians, as well as planning and following up on your teaching. Together, you challenge each other to develop as educators. Your teaching should be characterized by an inclusive learning environment and high student activity.

You are expected to participate in collegial learning, be part of the school's quality work, and actively participate in team meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a primary teacher degree. You have the ability to drive development forward through a language and knowledge-developing approach. You see school development and systematic quality work as an important process in your daily life and part of the school's and educators' mission. You are a present and co-researching teacher who challenges and stimulates students to develop. A strong belief in teamwork and collegial learning as a success factor for pedagogical development is a given for you.

For the position, it is important that you have good collaboration skills as your work requires continuous cooperation with other colleagues and professions within the school. It also requires that you have high relational competence to create safe groups and good cooperation with guardians.

The position requires that you master Swedish well in both spoken and written forms.
