Frödinge Mejeri AB is a Småland-based company with proud traditions and strong faith in the future. Since 1929, we have been manufacturing our high-quality desserts and pastries using Swedish raw materials and traditional recipes. Our products, such as cheese cake and sticky chocolate cake, are now exported to many countries, with Germany and the USA being our largest markets.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Project Coordinator at Frödinge Mejeri, you will play a key role in ensuring that our product ideas move from concept to finished product. This is a role for you who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to help develop our processes to meet market demands and customer expectations. You will act as an important link between various departments, such as innovation, production, and category, and be responsible for successfully executing product-related projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with everything from detailed administration to tactical coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring that product information and processes for new launches and product changes are implemented effectively throughout the value chain. With a focus on quality, accuracy, and commitment, you will drive improvement efforts that contribute to our ability to deliver top-class products to customers in Sweden and globally.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Product Data and Administration: You will administer and update product data in business and quality systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and meets both internal and external requirements.
Trial Runs and Production: You will plan and lead trial runs in production, coordinate resources, and ensure that results are documented and analyzed to optimize processes.
Recipes and Documentation: You will create and update recipes and design production and process documentation that lays the foundation for effective work.
Project Management: You will actively participate in projects related to new launches and serve as a central contact point between departments. You will ensure that projects stay on schedule and deliver results.
Improvement Work: By identifying opportunities for improvement, you will drive initiatives that develop and streamline our product portfolio.

This role gives you the opportunity to work closely with both the production team and management, which means you will gain a holistic view of our operations and can contribute to strategic decisions that drive Frödinge Mejeri forward.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and communicative. You thrive in a role with many contact points and have a strong commitment to improvement work.

The role requires that you have:

High school education, preferably in the food area.
Experience in food production or equivalent knowledge from post-secondary education in food technology.
Administrative experience, preferably related to product data.
Experience in project management.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

Post-secondary education in food technology, quality, or similar.
Project management training.
Knowledge of business systems, such as Dynamics 365.
