We are now looking for a senior leader for a key position in our team. The role offers great opportunities to work strategically with both internal and external stakeholders to create long-term success for the business.

Your Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our business continues to evolve and that we can offer the market premium camouflage. You will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives and proactively working to optimize our processes, such as making trade-offs and decisions regarding product development pathways and establishing long-term product roadmaps.

You will also:

• Work independently and proactively to identify and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with other leaders and departments to ensure we are working towards common goals and creating effective solutions.
• Lead projects and change initiatives that contribute to the long-term success of the organization and ensure that Saab Barracuda offers successful products to the market.
• Have overall responsibility for strategic initiatives and for strengthening the team's ability to deliver.

The role involves a mix of operational and strategic tasks, where your ability to balance long-term vision with daily challenges will be crucial.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you have extensive leadership experience where you can naturally inspire and motivate your team. You are accustomed to leading and driving change while having the ability to see the big picture and make strategic decisions that benefit the business.

We would like you to have:

• Extensive leadership experience, with a background that allows you to take responsibility for both people and processes and be an inspiring leader.
• A higher education, preferably in economics, engineering, or equivalent, which has given you a solid foundation in strategic thinking and business acumen.
• A solid understanding of the entire product lifecycle and the ability to make business assessments in complex issues.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, as these languages are regularly used in both internal and external communication.
• A brave, confident, and results-oriented personality who can make decisions and communicate them clearly. You thrive on managing change and challenges in a dynamic environment.
