The workplace

The elderly care in Karlsborg Municipality is headquartered at Haganäset elderly home, where all activities are centralized in one location. Our home care also operates from Haganäset. The current position is within elderly care at the Utsikten unit. The unit consists of two wings, with 9 apartments in each wing. The unit was established in its current form on April 1, 2025.

Job responsibilities

You will work based on a person-centered care approach and with a rehabilitative attitude. Your task is to support all aspects of daily care, service, and support based on the needs of the users. You should be able to instill security, provide good care, and perform health care tasks as delegated.

Your work will include receiving written and verbal information and documenting in the operational system Viva.

The position involves working during the day and evening, distributed over both weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

You have formal qualifications as a care assistant. Experience from previous work in care and support is an advantage. You are goal-oriented and can work towards jointly established goals, are easy to collaborate with, and are attentive. After training, you should be able to work in our operational system and other IT systems used by the organization.
