Primdal ESG Strategy & Risk Management (Primdal ESG) was founded in 2018 with offices in Copenhagen and a clear goal to assist both Swedish, Danish, and international clients with solid, holistic, and experience-based guidance in the transition towards a sustainable future. In 2020, Primdal ESG established itself in Sweden with an office in Halmstad. The Swedish operations have primarily focused on environmental due diligence within commercial real estate, but are in the process of expanding into other sectors that demand sustainability services. Are you our new Environmental & Sustainability Specialist?

Primdal ESG is a young and development-oriented consulting firm in strong growth. We now need more engaged employees who are passionate about contributing to sustainable development every day. We assist our clients in Sweden with a sustainable transition.

At Primdal ESG, we work to:

• Identify and manage impacts on people, the environment, and climate related to operations, value chains, products, and technology
• Translate strategic ambitions in sustainability into natural parts of the company's development and corporate culture
• You will be part of a small and dedicated team, where we combine our experiences, work holistically, and create solutions with respect for both people and nature

Your tasks:

• Environmental / sustainability due diligence
• Project management of contamination investigations and remediation projects as well as dialogue with authorities
• Project management of mapping radon, asbestos, and other indoor environmental issues
• Project management support for international due diligence projects may occur

Your profile:

• You are passionate about working with environmental and preferably also social sustainability
• Independent, disciplined, and collaborate well with others
• Ambitious, have good self-distance, love to learn and acquire new knowledge, and use it as a basis for your personal and professional development. You also naturally contribute to the development of the collaborations and communities you are part of
• We believe you have a scientific educational background and 3–5 years of work experience in relevant environmental and sustainability-related fields
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
