We need a project manager who can strengthen our team towards our important clients FMV and the Swedish Armed Forces. We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many contact points where you lead your projects from start to finish. What are my responsibilities?

The team you will belong to consists of 24 colleagues in various positions such as technicians, project designers, construction managers, and project managers. We are divided into two locations: Kalmar and Karlskrona, and you will be based in Karlskrona. Travel to other locations may occur.

We are a team driven by delivering results, maximizing value, and ensuring quality at all levels. You will work as a project manager primarily for our clients FMV and the Swedish Armed Forces.

In your role, you will have independent responsibility for everything related to your projects. You will be responsible for and lead projects towards set project goals regarding time, budget, resources, and quality. As a project manager, you will be a key person in ensuring the success of our projects and contributing to the company's overall goals.

• Ongoing contact with clients and subcontractors
• On-site visits and inspections (at least once a week)
• Handling client orders, as well as quotation and bidding work
• Resource planning and daily management of installers, technicians, project designers, subcontractors, consultants, and other administrative staff.
• Follow-up on tasks and daily dialogue with leading installers and technicians
• Participate in construction and client meetings
• Be responsible for scheduling, cost monitoring, and risk management (financial responsibility)
• Invoicing and project administration
• Ensure a safe working environment by complying with all laws and regulations regarding safety and the environment
• Support in quotation and bidding work together with the sales organization. Also, prepare your own quotes for contracted clients.

Monthly reporting of finances and progress with the district project manager.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• 3-year high school education
• Project management training or at least 2 years of professional experience in the installation industry
• Good knowledge of contract law, especially ABT 06 and AB 04
• Training in BAS-U and BAS-P
• B driver's license
• Very good understanding of finance, budgeting, and performance monitoring
• Very good knowledge of Excel and other parts of the Office suite
• Ability to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing

It is advantageous if you have training in ESA, EBR, and AMA.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period.

Employment is subject to a successful background check (including, among other things, a review of legal disputes and financial status) and a successful security clearance.
