As an occupational health nurse with us, you will provide support to company management, managers, contact persons, and employees based on your profession. You will be a resource in health and working environment issues for managers and employees in our client companies, responsible for planning and implementing measures for our clients. You will be part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative expertise, and you should also enjoy working independently.

Your tasks will include:

• Support and advice to managers and client employees in health and working environment issues (assignment dialogue)
• Support in rehabilitation work
• Statutory and general health examinations
• Vaccinations

Your education and experience

We are looking for a registered nurse; it is highly meritorious if you are a trained occupational health nurse and have education in working environment and health. You have a health-promoting perspective and a genuine interest in people, their health, and working environment. You who want to work and develop with us should enjoy working customer-oriented in a consultative manner and have an easy time building relationships. You are service-oriented, creative, and persistent. It is important that you enjoy collaborating in teams with other professional categories such as other occupational health nurses, company doctors, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, psychologists, organizational consultants, occupational health engineers, and administrators.

We prefer that you are comfortable working in the private sector and have a businesslike approach in your professional role. You are structured, responsible, and independent. Since Avonova works a lot with digital services, both internally and together with our clients, we want you to have good IT skills (experience with the Office suite is a prerequisite for working with us). It is meritorious if you have experience working in CGMJ4 and HPI/Plustoo. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and previous experiences.

The position is a temporary contract from December 2025 to June 30, 2026.
