Your role

As a car rental agent, you will manage our customers' rental car experience from booking and pickup to return, as well as car cleaning, damage control, and refueling.

Your tasks

• Customer meetings over the counter, via phone, and by email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Car care.
• Risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Damage control.
• Delivery of rental cars.

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Driving license B for at least 1 year with permission for manual transmission.

Working hours

Your working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:00.

Employment conditions

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months. The workload is 100%.
