We are therefore looking for our next Salesperson, preferably with the ambition to develop into our new Sales Manager over time, of course, based on good results.
Smart Senior is looking for an ambitious sales colleague who wants to grow with us as an employer. Together with the CEO, the task is to drive growth. We are looking for a competitive person who can create strong relationships and understands that high engagement and activities generate more business. We sell through knowledge and trust, and our business relationships are long-term. Smart Senior has embarked on a growth journey with high ambitions, and you will be a key person in achieving our goals. In your first year, we will double our revenue, partly through your sales successes and partly through opportunities in our unique technical platform.
Your Responsibilities
You will use Upsales to track your daily work.
Daily prospecting and follow-up of potential deals.
Order registration.
To succeed at Smart Senior, you must be a star at selling, but also understand that success requires teamwork.
Relationships
You are social and enjoy long-term relationships. With good consultative skills, you help the customer understand the benefits of visibility with Smart Senior. You will already from the start be responsible for a couple of our most important clients, relationships to nurture and develop. A large part of the work will consist of approaching new potential clients. You have good communication skills and find it easy to express yourself in speech and writing. You will be in contact with people in leadership positions such as CEOs, sales directors, and marketing managers.
Qualifications
You have experience in proactive B2B sales, preferably through digital channels, and feel it is time for the next step in your career. Alternatively, you are tired of being just another person in a larger company where your skills are not utilized. At Smart Senior, you will become an important person with the opportunity to influence both your career and salary.
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English.
Relevant education in sales and/or marketing.
Previous experience in selling digital services, tech, SaaS, or licensing sales is an advantage.
