Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen AB in central Malmö aims to provide a comprehensive entertainment experience for our guests through our various offerings. Here you will find everything from pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, wine cellars, banquet halls, street food, and our lovely outdoor seating Gränden in the summer.

We constantly strive to give our guests that little extra in terms of environment, service, and gastronomic experience.

For our Restaurant S:t Markus Vinkällare, which is part of Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen and primarily serves buffet and classic à la carte, we are now looking for a skilled head waiter for regular service as well as for our Christmas tables during the period 20/11-31/12-2025. During this period, there is full-time work available as we are open for lunch, dinner, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.

The work primarily involves traditional duties as a head waiter and serving where the guest is the focus. You find it interesting to stay up to date with both food and drink, especially wine, and to convey this in the best way to our guests. We prefer that you have previously worked as a head waiter and have cash register experience. You should have knowledge of wine and be able to share this knowledge with our guests.

As a person, you are cheerful, ambitious, stress-resistant, and reliable. You are passionate about providing our guests with the absolute best service. Furthermore, you are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. For the sake of our guests, we prefer that you are smoke-free and tobacco-free.

There is also the opportunity to work in one of our other areas within Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen, such as Gränden in the summer or one of our nightclubs as a complement. For the right person, there are great development opportunities within our company that can lead to a more senior role.

Positions are available for full-time, part-time, and as needed.
