Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen AB in central Malmö aims to provide a complete entertainment experience for our guests through our various offerings. Here you can find everything from pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, wine cellars, banquet halls, street kitchens, and our lovely outdoor seating Gränden in the summer. We constantly strive to give our guests that little extra in terms of environment, service, and gastronomic experience.

For our Restaurant S:t Markus Vinkällare and our Christmas buffets/parties in the banquet halls, which are part of Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen and primarily serve Christmas buffets, we are now looking for ambitious and dedicated serving staff. From 20/11 to 31/12, there is an opportunity to work lunch, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays as we are open every day until Christmas.

The work primarily involves traditional serving where the guest is the focus. You find it interesting to keep yourself updated with both food and drink and to convey these in the best way to our guests. We prefer that you have previous experience in serving and have cash register experience.

As a person, you are cheerful, ambitious, stress-resistant, and reliable. You are passionate about providing our guests with the absolute best service. Furthermore, you are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. For our guests' sake, we prefer that you are smoke-free and tobacco-free.

There is also the possibility to work in one of our other areas within Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen, such as Gränden in the summer or one of our nightclubs as a complement. For the right person, there are great development opportunities within our company that can lead to a more senior role.

Positions are available for full-time, part-time, and as needed.
