Nytorget Health Center - part of Prima Care - is a private health center with an agreement with Region Stockholm located in the heart of Södermalm.

Currently, we have about 9600 registered patients and around 30 enthusiastic and motivated employees. We have a broad mission that includes both acute and planned visits, treatment and follow-up of chronic diseases, as well as home care with about 100 enrolled patients. We also have an extended mission for mental health concerning children aged 6-17 years, and our psychosocial team receives children from several other health centers.

Among us are specialists in general medicine, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical bioanalysts, rehabilitation coordinators, and our competent psychosocial team.

Our district and nursing staff have special expertise in areas such as diabetes, hypertension, and FaR, which gives us good opportunities to provide structured and high-quality care for patients with chronic diseases.

Our goal is to provide patients with safe, accessible, and high-quality care. We operate under the principle that all patients should have a named primary physician and very high continuity in this. We want to be part of driving development forward regarding the use of new technology and new working methods, including the use of digital aids such as ALMA and TANDEM.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you with a Swedish medical license. We hope you are communicative, pedagogical, and collaborative, and that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language. We place great importance on personal suitability – for us, the right person is as important as the right competence. We would like you to be at the start of your ST training.
