  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team's goals and the company's growth.

  • Document and report sales activities in the company's system for accurate follow-up.

Your Profile

You are a curious and results-oriented salesperson who enjoys new customer acquisition, prospecting, and handling both cold and warm leads. You have a genuine interest in high-quality products and solutions, and enjoy understanding customer needs to offer tailored glazing solutions.

You work independently but also appreciate collaboration with colleagues and put the team before yourself, supporting the team and adapting to contribute to collective success.

You are creative, solution-oriented, and constantly want to develop your working methods. You are motivated by building relationships, conducting customer meetings, closing deals, and contributing to the company's growth. Your communication skills allow you to easily build trust with customers, both private individuals and housing associations, at various levels.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of documented sales experience, preferably with experience in field sales to both private individuals and companies.

  • Experience in new customer acquisition and prospecting, with the ability to independently drive the entire sales process.

  • Ability to conduct needs analyses and understand customer challenges to present tailored glazing solutions.

  • Comfortable selling both products and related services, including consulting.

  • Curious, creative, and always wanting to develop your working methods.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
