As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Epassi, you will be the growth engine driving their customer acquisition. Your mission is to proactively open doors to new companies and initiate crucial conversations about employee benefits. This is a role for you with a strong sales drive who wants to work towards clear goals and develop within a successful and growing tech company.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key person in Epassi's growth journey. Your task is to open doors to new companies and start meaningful conversations about how Epassi can help them simplify administration, enhance employee engagement, and create more value through their employee benefits. You are often the first contact Epassi's potential customers meet — and you set the tone for a positive, professional, and trustworthy customer experience.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Epassi. The assignment is for 6 months with good opportunities for extension. You will work normal office hours and be based in the office in Vasastan but will have the opportunity to work remotely to some extent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

In this role, you step in as a central growth engine and proactively drive B2B sales focused on generating new business opportunities. You are an important link and work data-driven, closely with the marketing department and the sales team.

  • Drive outbound B2B prospecting towards Mid Cap and Enterprise companies.
  • Book qualified meetings with key persons in HR, finance, and management.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify, qualify, and further develop leads into concrete sales meetings.
  • Work data-driven towards clear monthly goals related to booked meetings and qualitative leads.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Have practical work experience in B2B sales and/or post-secondary education in sales/marketing/account management.
  • Are a skilled communicator: You are fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, and enjoy proactively contacting decision-makers — both by phone and digitally.
  • Have a good documented ability to work towards and achieve clear results and goals in a performance-oriented environment.
  • Have good system skills, are comfortable with digital tools, and know how to use data to drive sales.

It is a merit if you have:

  • Experience from SaaS, HR, or tech companies.
  • Experience with CRM tools and prospecting platforms (Hubspot and Vainu are particularly meritorious).
