ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client's marketing team. The assignment is part-time, approximately 16 hours per week, starting immediately and initially extending to March 2026, with good chances of extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will assist the marketing team with a variety of ongoing marketing work and administrative tasks, from handling product-related documentation and samples to coordinating events and preparing presentations, ensuring a smooth flow in daily operations.
You will work with:
- Product administration including adjustments to the company's products
- Handling of statistics files, product samples, and presentations
- Coordination and planning of events and product launches
- Marketing reporting and analysis
- Sending and receiving product samples with associated administration
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
- Have good knowledge of the Office suite
- Have good data and system skills
- Are studying at a post-secondary level and graduating no earlier than June 2026 or have another main occupation of at least 50%
It is an advantage if you:
- Have basic knowledge of Spanish
- Are studying marketing, communication, or another equivalent field
