We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and can express yourself in writing and verbally in the Swedish language. It is advantageous if you have some form of specialist training and experience in patient bookings. We place great importance on personal qualities. As a person, you are self-driven, structured, and value and see the benefit of collaboration with others. Furthermore, you are an empathetic and service-oriented person who remains calm and is stable and controlled even in stressful situations.

What you will work with

Department G7 is a care department for acute surgical, urological, orthopedic, and medical operations, but also some planned (elective) operations. The department currently has 16 care places. You will work in a team consisting of doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. The patient is in focus, and several different professions work together for the best interest of the patient. As a nurse in department G7, you have a leading role towards nursing assistants and other professional groups. You will have nursing responsibility before and after surgeries and examinations for all patient categories that will be present in the department. You will also be responsible for booking and planning surgeries. We strive to provide the best care for the patient and the shortest possible hospital stay. The tasks are varied, and the daily work looks different.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position. Working hours are scheduled for daytime/evening/weekend. Start date according to agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
