Health Center Flen has approximately 6000 registered patients and is nicely located by Lake Orrhammaren. We have everything under one roof, the work environment is pleasant, and the health center is staffed by a friendly and cohesive team. Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include daily reception work where you meet, assess, investigate, and treat patients in collaboration with other professional categories. We also have child health care, elderly care, and home health care. As a resident doctor with us, you will be offered the best conditions to grow in the role of a general practitioner. You will meet secure and experienced supervisors with several years of experience both as general practitioners and as supervisors. You will have your own smaller patient list under supervision to work with continuity from the start. You have great opportunity to influence the organization of working hours and schedule. You will become part of our existing medical team, which currently consists of 2 general practitioners, resident doctors, and 2 resident doctors. The medical team has good cohesion and an open atmosphere.

Doing residency in Sömland means that you have recurring meetings, seminars, and training together with other resident doctors in general medicine. You will receive good support from the study director and assistance with planning your side service. With us, we give you the opportunity to influence your education and deepen your knowledge in various specialties, as well as scheduled supervision time every week with your supervisor.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a Swedish medical license issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare. As a person, you appreciate collaboration across professions and have an easy time creating good meetings with both patients, colleagues, and partners. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
