About the role

We are looking for you who want to become part of our kitchen team in the heart of Marstrand! As a chef, you will be responsible for delivering food experiences of the highest quality. From welcoming lunches to flavorful evening services. You will be an important part of an engaged team that strives every day to give our guests something extra.

During intensive periods, especially in May and September when events follow one another, you thrive in a fast-paced environment with teamwork in focus.

Your main tasks

Operate in the kitchen during lunch and evening service

Ensure high quality of food and service

Collaborate closely with colleagues for efficient operations

Contribute to a positive and solution-oriented work environment

We are looking for you who...

Have a pronounced sense of taste and quality

Have documented experience as a chef in restaurant and event operations

Have the ability to work structured and deliver under pressure

Have a driver's license (requirement)

Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Experience in à la carte, events, and large kitchens

Creativity and willingness to contribute to menu development

Background from resort or hotel operations
