About the role

The TA Group provides traffic arrangements and services to municipalities, the Swedish Transport Administration, and private actors. We have solid expertise in traffic arrangement plans and access to equipment such as TMA protection, sign trailers, and traffic management resources.

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team in Gothenburg!

As a road maintenance worker, you will have a varied workday. You will drive a TMA vehicle on both country roads and high-traffic routes in central Gothenburg. You will also work with signage according to the TA plan, railing work, inspection rounds, and standby service.

 

About the team

We currently have 10 people – site manager, foreman, and road maintenance workers – who together develop our operations and take on larger and more challenging projects. We work closely together in a family-like and safe environment where ideas and initiatives are encouraged.

 

Who are you?

You are an initiative-taking person with good judgment and a sense of service. You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and can handle quick changes. You are used to taking responsibility and making your own decisions, even in challenging situations.

Requirements for the position:

  • B driver's license
  • At least one year of experience in road work, preferably both in urban environments and on traffic-intensive roads
  • APV Certification 2.1 and 2.2
  • Good local knowledge of Gothenburg
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to read TA plans and drawings
  • Experience documenting and communicating via mobile and tablet

 

Working hours

Regular working hours are from 07:00 to 16:00. Evening and night work may occur.
