JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an employed nurse with us, you will be offered a developing job in a dynamic municipality. The Social Services in Tibro values competence, initiative, and personal development. We work from an activating and rehabilitative approach and focus on the strengths of each care recipient in our nursing work. Home care doctors are available five days a week and are responsible for patients within home care and special housing.

As a nurse, you will lead the medical nursing work and supervise students. You are confident in your professional role and focus on the patient, which means you have the ability to see the patient as an individual and their needs.

Part of the work involves support and conversations, which is why you must be communicative and able to meet people on different levels. You have a flexible approach and the ability to prioritize between different tasks despite a high work pace.

Tibro Municipality has entered into a local agreement with the Swedish Association of Health Professionals regarding Academic Specialist Training (AST). Based on the employer's needs, you as an employed nurse with us may have the opportunity to further educate yourself as a specialist with retained salary. The training is initiated by the employer when a need is established.

The employment is for a parental leave substitute and is expected to last for one year, until the fall of 2026.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a registered nurse. Additional training in primary health care is considered an advantage.

Good computer skills are a requirement.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
