About the Job Are you looking for a job that combines development opportunities with an attractive compensation model? We are now seeking driven salespeople for our office in Solna, just a stone's throw from the commuter train and Mall of Scandinavia.

In the role of salesperson at Superb Group AB you will contact private individuals to offer electricity contracts or broadband services. We collaborate with Sweden and the Nordics' largest electricity supplier and offer broadband solutions from some of the country's most well-known telecom brands. This gives you excellent conditions to succeed right from the start!

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary + Generous Commission We offer a fixed base salary based on experience and a commission model that allows you to reach high salary levels
  • 35-Hour Work Week Monday – Thursday: 09.00–17.15, Friday: 09.00–16.00
  • Vacation 25 vacation days per year
  • Development, Support, and Community We offer continuous training, coaching, and team activities to promote your development. After Work, sales competitions, and other activities with fantastic colleagues.

Scope: Full-time

    We Are Looking For You Who:

    • Is both communicative and service-oriented with a natural ability to build relationships and deliver high customer satisfaction
    • Has a strong commitment and drive to achieve your goals
    • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
    • Experience in sales is a plus but not a requirement

    Employment and Start: We offer a 6-month probationary period, which then transitions to a permanent position. Start dates are ongoing.
