As a project manager at INCON, you take over when the deal is won until the building is ready for the customer to use. You are responsible for planning, procurement, and management of all parts of the project with a primary focus on economy, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Your mission is to keep the whole together: planning, budget, timelines, and profitability. You work closely with both site managers and customers and serve as a strategic support and sounding board for your colleagues while ensuring that the projects are run efficiently and commercially. As a project manager, you identify risks, make decisions, and ensure that each assignment maintains the right level, both technically and economically.

• Overall responsibility for planning, economy, quality, and work environment
• Active work with planning, technical solutions, and material choices
• Procurement and negotiation with larger suppliers
• Responsibility for change management and contract interpretation
• Ongoing monitoring and financial management of the project portfolio
• Strategic support to site managers during production

You will travel as needed within the projects, but otherwise have great freedom to organize your work and time.

We are looking for someone who has a combination of technical competence and a business-oriented holistic view with a strong customer focus. You are confident in the construction process, used to making decisions, and enjoy having both freedom and responsibility.

• At least 7 years of experience in the construction industry
• Experience in planning, purchasing, and financial management
• A background from similar roles, alternatively as a site manager with an engineering education and interest in the next step
• The ability to lead, communicate, and create structure in several parallel projects
