Position as Land and Development Engineer

The Technical Service Administration has a wide range of professional areas and competence requirements. Within the administration, cleaning services, management of municipal premises, kitchens for schools and elderly homes, and traffic issues are conducted. Furthermore, the administration is responsible for the expansion of new residential and industrial areas as well as the sale of industrial and residential plots.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with colleagues, you will primarily handle various issues in your role as a land and development engineer, acting as the landowner of municipal land. You will be responsible for contract and implementation issues, financial calculations, and investigations within our development operations, focusing on providing buildable land for housing and businesses and managing our land holdings. You will participate in land surveying proceedings, establish lease agreements and allocation agreements, and take part in various types of community development projects. Our land and development engineers work as overall project managers for our development projects for housing and businesses, thus offering a rare opportunity to be involved in the entire process from land acquisition to development and sale of development areas based on a cohesive budget. QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Civil or university engineer or have other suitable education or experience deemed equivalent.

Work Experience

For example, we believe that you currently work as a MEX engineer, property economist, property manager, broker, land surveyor, proceedings assistant, lawyer in property and environmental law, water engineer, or another type of engineer in buildings and/or construction.
