Frilufts Preschools is a well-established company that has been operating since 1993. We run 11 preschools in five municipalities in Stockholm. The company is characterized by commitment, stability, security, job satisfaction, and close leadership. In Frilufts Preschools' operations, we use outdoor education as a method in all learning. This means that we have our gatherings, dining, play, creative activities, etc., outside in the yard and in nature. We work according to our own concept, "With Veda and Barke in Nature," where the children belong to the groups Discoverers, Explorers, and Adventurers. – All children at Frilufts Preschools get plenty of time for both organized and free play, where educators participate, inspire, guide, and observe, and last but not least – have fun together with the children! Everything we do is based on the guiding principles Safe, Fun, and Educational.

Lunden!

At Lunden preschool, all children are given the opportunity to participate and develop according to their own abilities. Lunden is located right next to the forest, making it easy to leave the yard for bigger adventures in the woods. We hope you share our passion for outdoor education. Together with the other staff, you will be involved in the educational activities according to our own governing documents and Lpfö 18. We look forward to welcoming a new educator to us!

• You are a person who is engaged, proactive, and responsible.
• We expect you as an educator to inspire, provide security, and impart knowledge with your qualifications.
• In addition to being a proactive educator, we see that your interest in nature and outdoor life is at a level that motivates yourself and inspires the children as well as your colleagues.
• We expect you to be well acquainted with the curriculum and possess knowledge of educational documentation.
• You should have the ability to see the individual child's and the group's needs and together with your colleagues create an environment that promotes both the children's development and learning.
