RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and cooking of meals including special and consistency-adapted diets
• Dishes, cleaning, serving, and self-control
• Administrative tasks such as orders, invoice management, and food data management
• Participation in various current working groups
• Introduction of new employees
• Mentoring interns, summer workers, and other participants in various labor market measures
• Plan and distribute the daily work within the unit's workgroup
• Participate in the Meal Unit's development work

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Culinary education, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent
• Work experience from restaurants or large kitchens
• Basic knowledge of the Office suite
• Ability to understand and comprehend current work instructions
• Proficiency in Swedish in speech, writing, and comprehension
• Experience working with Matilda or another food data system
• Experience working with Proceedo or another e-commerce system

Meritorious:

• Driver's license B and access to a personal vehicle
• Further education in the restaurant or large kitchen industry

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment will be made based on the needs of the operation.
