The position is located within the social services department, which works to offer residents of Gnesta municipality good and accessible services based on individual needs. We are responsible for the municipality's care for individuals and families, the elderly, people with disabilities, municipal health and medical care, as well as labor market, integration, and adult education. The department operates on behalf of the social board.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We need you in the team! As an occupational therapist, you create conditions for people to live an active, independent, and meaningful life. You play a key role in strengthening individual abilities and contributing to a rehabilitative approach. You work in an engaged team within municipal health and medical care. Your tasks include activity assessments, training, treatment, and prescribing assistive devices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed occupational therapist
• Ability to communicate well in both spoken and written Swedish
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license (B) and experience driving a car

If you have experience working in municipal health and medical care, it is an advantage. Your positive attitude and solution-focused approach make you a valued colleague, both internally and externally. You have the ability to work independently and make your own decisions while recognizing the value of being an active part of the team.
