We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine and want to combine outpatient care with a medical management responsibility (MAL). As a MAL, you will work strategically with medical quality, patient safety, and business development in our organization, together with our team. You will become a valuable resource in the management group.

As the medical responsible physician (MAL), you have an important role in developing routines, conducting follow-ups, and evaluating healthcare outcomes. You are a driving force in the systematic quality work, developing working methods based on identified needs and guiding colleagues and other staff in medical issues.

This means that you combine patient-facing work with being a medical support for the entire unit, driving quality processes, and constantly thinking about improvement and development.

As the organization includes a Health Center, BVC, and Midwifery Clinic, some service will be required across the entire organization. Of course, you will receive the necessary training.

You are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine. We place great importance on your personal qualities and your ability to contribute to a positive work environment. 

You are confident in your professional role, structured, and enjoy switching between direct patient work and medical processes. You like to collaborate in teams, share your knowledge, and inspire development in others. We would like you to:

• Have deep medical knowledge and good pedagogical skills
• Be communicative and transparent in your leadership
• See structures and routines as a support for the good quality of Swedish primary care
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and evidence-based care
• Have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
