Arctic Paper Grycksbo is one of three paper mills that are part of ARCTIC PAPER S.A and has about 320 employees. In Grycksbo, coated wood-free paper is produced for quality-conscious customers such as printing companies, book publishers, newspaper publishers, advertising agencies, paper distributors, and packaging companies. The other mills are located in Munkedal, Sweden and in Kostrzyn, Poland. The group as a whole produces both coated and uncoated wood-free paper. The product portfolio includes well-known brands such as Amber, Arctic, G-Print, and Munken. The production capacity for the three mills is approximately 700,000 tons of paper per year. The majority is sold through 14 of the company's own sales offices in Europe. Arctic Paper S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since October 2009 and on NASDAQ in Stockholm since December 2012.

About the position
As an IT technician at Arctic Paper Grycksbo, you will have a central role in ensuring and developing our IT environment. You will work with both operations and support, while also driving exciting development projects that make a difference for the entire organization. The position is based in Grycksbo, but you will be part of an international context with close collaboration with colleagues and systems at several sites within the group - primarily remotely. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to influence, and may also involve on-call duty and limited travel.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their IT career! You have a relevant education (at least a three-year high school diploma or higher) and several years of experience in the industry, preferably with a focus on IT security, networks, databases, and server operations. With us, you will work in a modern environment based on Microsoft products, with solutions from Cisco, Fortinet, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365. You are proficient in Swedish and English and have a B driver's license. To succeed and thrive in the role, you are structured, meticulous, and have a positive, goal-oriented attitude. You enjoy taking responsibility, working independently, and contributing to the team's collective success.
