About the job

You will be part of an engaged team with broad expertise and strong team spirit, where the group collectively drives delivery projects and develops test environments for the customer’s products.

As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the testing activities for transformers and reactors. You will be an important contact person for both customers and internal/external stakeholders, which requires good communication skills and a professional demeanor.

You will work both locally and globally in various projects and networks, contributing to creating a safe and sustainable quality culture within the department. The role also involves participating in the development of the business both in the short and long term.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and perform tests of transformers and reactors
• Communicate with customers and build trust through clear and professional dialogue
• Ensure correct documentation of test results and production data according to applicable guidelines
• Participate in the digitalization journey to create a modern testing environment
• Deliver according to schedule and set goals
• Contribute to a safe working environment

About you

You have an education in electrical power engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent. You are customer-focused and have good risk awareness in high-voltage environments. You are fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage for collaboration with local actors. You are willing to relocate to/live in Ludvika. You are driven, engaged, and have an easy time creating collaboration in teams. You have a solution-oriented approach and are quality-conscious.
