About the Role As a Damage Advisor, you will staff the customer reception in the Body Shop. There, you will be responsible for receiving customers and their vehicles and explaining various repair solutions and measures. In this role, you will often handle multiple tasks simultaneously, from customer contact to damage assessments and insurance matters.
Responsibilities
- Register vehicles
- Coordinate transport solutions
- Keep the customer updated throughout the repair process
- Ensure that work is planned and distributed efficiently among technicians
- Time and cost estimate repairs and ensure that all work orders and customer information are correctly documented
- Manage dialogue with insurance companies
Key Competencies/Abilities:
- Solution-oriented with the ability to find the best solutions for the customer
- Goal and result-oriented
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Well-versed in insurance regulations
- Good computer and phone skills
- Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Driver's license B
As a person, you are You have a strong sense of service where the customer's best interest is in focus. Your ability to plan and organize work effectively is crucial to ensuring that both quality and deadlines are met. You have a natural ability to communicate clearly with both customers, colleagues, and insurance companies, making you a reliable contact throughout the repair process.
