Responsibilities

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring in projects
Risk management and compilation of status reports
Administrative support: meeting planning, minutes taking, document management, and reporting
Monitoring resource needs and project dependencies
Documentation responsibility according to technical requirements and internal procedures
Contact with the project's contractors regarding documentation and deliveries
Experience feedback and quality control of the project's deliverables
