As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for: You will be responsible for the daily operations and maintaining high store standards. You have result and personnel responsibility for a team of about 10 people and have great freedom to lead the store towards set goals. The role involves working independently while being part of a larger context with colleagues you meet throughout the year for exchange.

Working at an airport entails special conditions – long opening hours, high customer flow, and a pace that requires speed, structure, and flexibility. Therefore, you need to thrive when things are happening!

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for operations, personnel, budget, and results
• Maximizing store sales and profitability 
• Ensuring the team delivers the best possible customer experience
• Staff planning, recruitment, onboarding, and follow-up of employees
• Inspiring and creating conditions for motivation and development of the team
• Responsible for product exposure and conducting sales activities

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a store manager with personnel responsibility
• Good knowledge of sales and customer service
• Experience in building teams
• Good financial knowledge and experience working with relevant systems and store KPIs
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
• Strong interest in fashion, trends, and sales

Employment type: Permanent, full-time (probationary period applies)

Location: Landvetter Airport, Gothenburg

Salary: Monthly salary

Working hours: Varied working hours as the store is open every day from 05:00 to 20:00

Start date: As soon as possible, by agreement

Requirements: The employment requires a successful security clearance including a background check according to Swedavia's criteria
