We are looking for someone who wants to work with the operation, maintenance, and development of our heating electrical and automation systems. Your job is to ensure that the facilities function as they should and to suggest improvements and implement them, both from a technical and economic perspective.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an automation engineer with us, you are responsible for ensuring that our automation and electrical systems function, develop, and improve. You will drive projects within your area, both large and small, from idea to finished solution.

You will perform work at our facilities in Sandviken, Storvik, and Järbo. Some tasks at our customers' sites are also included in your daily activities.

Your role includes:

• Being responsible for the operational solutions for control and monitoring of our facilities
• Ensuring that routines exist and are followed.
• Creating maintenance and investment plans as well as planning and feasibility studies for projects together with others in the workgroup.
• Being responsible for fire safety work according to legal requirements.
• Contributing to the follow-up of key figures and improvement work of the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you need to have an engineering or technical degree in automation or equivalent knowledge, as well as 3-5 years of work experience.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good technical knowledge in automation and maintenance.
• Experience in PLC and HMI programming.
• Good computer skills; previous experience with maintenance planning systems is a merit.

You will have contact with suppliers and colleagues and need to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of electricity and fire safety (SBA, ESA) is an advantage. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

After a while, you will be part of the business area’s heating preparedness group.
