School Coordinator at Nacka Gymnasium

Nacka Gymnasium is a large and attractive high school located just ten minutes from Slussen and within walking distance to Nacka Forum. The school has 200 employees and approximately 2,200 students across 18 programs, introductory programs, and adapted high school. One of our school coordinators is moving from Stockholm, and we are now looking for her replacement.

Your Mission

As a school coordinator, you will have a central and varied role where you will be responsible for tasks such as invoice management and financial follow-up, onboarding new employees, grade management, and substitute staffing for teaching staff.

The work is independent, but you will be part of an administrative team of about five people where you are expected to become an expert user in various systems over time. As the face of the school to our students, colleagues, and sometimes guardians, you have a good overall perspective and understanding of how the organization fits together. You will receive inquiries and assist as much as possible within your scope and refer to the appropriate department when necessary. Furthermore, you will assist and participate in school activities and traditions.

Your Experience

For this position, you are required to have:

• post-secondary education and a good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• experience in staffing, such as substitute staffing
• pedagogical experience and experience working in a school environment with learning platforms such as Schoolsoft
