The validation function is responsible for qualifying a range of critical systems, including production equipment, automation systems, media systems, and analytical instruments. Our dedicated and knowledgeable team is now looking for reinforcement – perhaps you are the one we are looking for!

As an experienced Validation Specialist with us, you will have a unique opportunity to follow projects through the entire process: from the design phase, where we establish requirements specifications for systems and equipment, through the entire qualification process, and up to production start, leading to a fully validated manufacturing and cleaning process.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

• Actively participate in internal projects and serve as the department's driving representative.
• Develop and implement qualification documentation for both production equipment and media systems.
• Coordinate testing activities in collaboration with other departments.
• Write, review, and approve validation documentation (e.g., VP, URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, VR).
• Provide support during inspections from clients and authorities.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who possesses:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Documented experience in writing and approving qualification and validation documents.
• Experience in performing IQ, OQ, and PQ tests for various types of systems and equipment.
• A background as a civil engineer, engineering graduate in fields such as chemistry, biotechnology, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent competence.

Experience in validating processes and cleaning methods is a plus. As we operate in a global environment, it is essential that you are proficient in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form, as both languages are used in the position.
