We are seeking someone who is cheerful, outgoing, and driven to work as a customer representative at a successful company in the automotive industry in southern Stockholm.

Job Responsibilities Your responsibilities as a customer representative will involve working with service and customer interaction at a well-known company in Stockholm. Your tasks will include scheduling customers for workshop visits via phone, receiving and handing over cars, as well as processing payments. Your work will take place in the workshop's computer system as well as via phone and email. A strong focus will be on service and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a service-oriented profession. You have an excellent sense of service and always have a solution-oriented mindset. We believe you are someone who is passionate about working with people and service. You are comfortable reaching out to new people and thrive in a flexible work environment. You speak and write fluently in Swedish.

Application and Start Date This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will support you on your path to a successful career.
