About 311. Staff and Logistics Company

The 311. Staff and Logistics Company consists of company management, command platoon, supply platoon, logistics platoon, and medical platoon. The company's task is to establish and operate communication at the air base and to be responsible for logistics at the air base, such as transportation, fuel, catering, and medical care.

All command positions in the company are career-preparatory for further service in the Armed Forces. The opportunities to develop within the function through internal training and courses are significant.

Main Responsibilities

As a quartermaster, your main task is to lead and be responsible for logistics within the company, acting on the mandate of the company commander to support their combat idea. This includes reconnaissance of refueling and handover sites, control and reporting to higher command of critical resources such as fuel, food, and spare parts, as well as placing orders for these. You should also be able to take over the leadership of the company to a limited extent and support the company in maintaining and developing soldiers' skills.

Your main responsibilities will also include:

• Planning and monitoring the company's logistics operations.
• Supporting platoons in their material management.
• Administration of the company's material in Prio and SAP.
• Placing orders for goods and services.

In the war organization, you will serve in a position determined in consultation with the commander based on your own experience and interest.

Qualifications

• Swedish citizen
• Driving license B
• Approved specialist officer training
• Meets the Armed Forces' physical requirements (FM FysS)
• Experience and competence in PRIO and SAP

Meritorious

• Military driver's license (Lptb, tptb, minibus, C and/or CE)
• Logistics experience within the Armed Forces
• Experience in the position of Quartermaster

Personal Qualities

As a person, you are meticulous and reliable. You have a high work capacity and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, you have good leadership qualities and can motivate and develop subordinate personnel. You are also empathetic, enjoy working in a team, and strive to develop together with others. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
