Do you want to help plan for a more sustainable future in the construction industry? We are now looking for a dedicated and structured Material & Production Planner for our planning department. As a planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating our loose fill contracts to meet the needs of customers, employees, and the company. The role includes, among other things:

• Ensuring the right competence among the staff being booked out
• Responsible for material supply and orders
• Handling customer and supplier complaints
• Managing customer invoicing and financial follow-ups
• Participating in the introduction of new employees
• Contributing to compliance with laws and regulations regarding work environment

The role will also include managing the purchase of office supplies according to routines and guidelines.

Regarding your background, we would like you to have experience in planning, logistics, or production, preferably within the construction, contracting, or installation industry. You have relevant education or experience in sustainability, such as environmental management, energy efficiency, or sustainable material choices.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant experience in planning and coordination, preferably from the construction or contracting industry
• Good IT skills and understanding of financial relationships
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Education or experience in sustainability, preferably with a focus on the construction industry
• Knowledge of loose fill installations or related activities
• Experience in customer service and invoicing
