Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for a Business Analyst Teamlead with a focus on IT systems within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). In this role, you will play a key role in developing systems that enable secure information sharing with external partners, from suppliers to customers. You will have the opportunity to combine technology, process improvement, and leadership to drive efficiency and enhance product quality. Here, you will also have the chance to lead an engaged team and influence how products and data are managed - from idea to decommissioning. 

The role belongs to the Engineering Systems department at Siemens Energy, which acts as a bridge between the business and IT. The department consists of 6 teams with competent Business Analysts and business support experts, all with a common goal; to develop the digital tools of the future for engineering operations. 

Examples of responsibilities as Teamlead: 

• Lead the team responsible for collaboration platforms - both in development and maintenance 
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs 
• Map and optimize product lifecycle processes for better efficiency and data quality, both with methodology and tool functionality
• Provide insightful recommendations that strengthen product quality and strategic decisions

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who: 

• Has a master's degree in engineering or equivalent education 
• Has experience leading teams in IT development and methodology implementation
• Has previous experience in system development projects 
• Has knowledge of PLM systems and processes 
• Has strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach 
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
