B2C Sales Team Leader at ConnectEstate Sweden AB

Do you want to combine active sales with leadership and help shape a growing company's B2C organization? ConnectEstate is now looking for a B2C Team Leader who wants to work closely with people's everyday lives and help households choose the right services in connection with fiber installation – while coaching and leading our salespeople to success.

About the role

As a B2C Team Leader, you are responsible for both your own sales and for leading, supporting, and developing our salespeople who work with households in our connected properties.

You will:

As a salesperson:
  • Work directly with tenants

  • Help households understand what digital services are available

  • Guide during the transition to new technology and present services that create added value

  • Handle incoming inquiries and proactive contact via phone, digital tools, and physical visits to properties

  • Travel as needed since our property portfolio spans across Sweden

As a team leader:
  • Be responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in the team

  • Coach and develop the salespeople in goals, methodology, and customer interaction

  • Follow up on numbers, customer flows, and performance in close dialogue with management

  • Ensure structure, quality, and high customer satisfaction

  • Introduce and onboard new salespeople

  • Be a role model in both culture and sales work

You work independently and results-oriented, but always closely with our delivery and management team.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has documented experience in sales to private individuals, preferably within internet, TV, or telephony

  • Has previous experience leading teams, coaching, or being senior in a sales team

  • Is pedagogical, confident, and inspiring in your leadership

  • Is goal-oriented, responsible, and enjoys developing others

  • Has good computer skills and experience working with modern systems

  • Is structured and able to handle many parallel tasks

  • Enjoys a dynamic and social role where the phone is your primary tool

  • Is comfortable with travel in the job

Meritorious:
  • Experience in selling fiber or services over fiber

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Lime)

  • Driver's license
