Norsk Analyse is the leading manufacturer of analytical systems in the Nordic region for the oil and gas, power and energy, as well as process and marine industries. The company represents one of the world's largest producers of analyzers and analytical equipment. Founded in 1988, it is now part of the Addtech Group, which has an annual turnover of 1.6 billion euros. Norsk Analyse consists of over 125 dedicated people worldwide. The company generates approximately 50 million euros in revenue annually and has its headquarters in Tønsberg, Norway, with subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Dubai, Belgium, and the USA.

Norsk Analyse is currently in an expansive phase with several new projects and increased production. To meet the growing demand, they are looking for an additional Quality Controller for the factory in Grums.

About the role

As a Quality Controller, you are the crucial link between our project engineers, who design the solutions, and the assemblers in production, who build them. You are responsible for checking and verifying that manufactured parts meet drawing and specification requirements and ensuring that any deviations are documented and addressed. The role involves many points of contact and close collaboration with both the team in Grums and colleagues worldwide – in an environment where accuracy, communication, and problem-solving are central parts of everyday life.

This is a role that suits both those with a few years of experience and those who are at the beginning of their careers and want to develop within quality and production in a technical environment.

• Has education or equivalent experience in industrial technology or electronics
• Can read and interpret technical drawings
• Works efficiently and methodically, even with many parallel projects.
• Enjoys a role where you collaborate with many different functions
