SAAND Service & Omsorg AB has been active in home care since 2017 and currently offers services in six municipalities: Södertälje, Salem, Botkyrka, Nacka, Värmdö, and Västervik. Our headquarters is located in Linköping.

The role of coordinator with us

As a coordinator within SAAND Service & Omsorg, you are a central part of our team and act as the right hand of the operations manager.

Your daily work includes staffing, designing implementation plans, planning interventions, and following up on completed work and key figures. It is important that you have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The coordinator plays a crucial role in communication with case managers, clients, home healthcare, and other external actors. In this role, you will follow established routines and processes in our quality management system and ensure that our work aligns with the company's values.

Qualifications

• Assistant nurse education, preferably with a university degree.
• You have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing and have good computer skills.
• You should have prior experience in a coordinating role.
• Knowledge of Epsilon, Combine, and Phoniro.
• Understand what it means to plan a unit cost-effectively.
• Have experience leading a group with workplace responsibility.
