🧩 About the role

As a procurement specialist focused on Aff, you will work with qualified procurements within property management and services. You will help our clients design smart, business-oriented, and sustainable agreements – always based on the structure of Aff.

You will have an advisory and leading role throughout the procurement process, from strategy to finished agreement. Our clients are in both the public and private sectors, and you will work on several exciting assignments simultaneously.

Examples of tasks:

• Drive the entire procurement process - from needs analysis to finished agreement
• Prepare tender documents, business models, and evaluation criteria
• Provide support in strategic and legal questions
• Advise in the contract phase and contribute to the client's long-term business development
• Participate in the development of Svefa's offerings within construction procurement.

You will work as a consultant – sometimes independently, sometimes as part of a team with our other specialists in procurement and management consulting. Regardless of the form, the work is characterized by quality, business benefit, and customer focus.

🏢 More about the job

You will be based at our office on Kungsgatan 57 in central Stockholm and report to Jenny Hemlin, business manager for Procurement Support. The Management Consulting team consists of a total of 18 colleagues, of which 6 are part of the Procurement team in Stockholm. We offer a flexible work environment where we alternate time in the office, at the client, and from home.

🎯 Who we believe you are

You have:

• Good experience in independent procurement work
• Worked with standard agreements such as Aff (preferable if you also have experience with AB, ABT, or ABK)
• Knowledge of LOU
• Very good ability to express yourself in writing

Preferable: higher education in law, economics, engineering, strategic purchasing, or equivalent.

• Collaborative and enjoy achieving goals together with others
