At Arqly, we are 60 consultants working to make our clients' visions a reality. We have been around since 1975 and have operated under the name Arqly since January 2021.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for construction and project managers for our offices in Dalarna, as we have a high demand for our services. In your role as a construction and/or project manager, you will work on various projects. We work with a mix of clients in both the public and private sectors. We carry out assignments ranging from large industrial projects to group homes, schools, and housing.

Depending on your profile, you can work as a construction manager, project manager, or both.

Formal Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education and at least five years of experience as a construction manager, project manager, site manager/production manager, or supervisor.
• The latest training in BAS U/P and is ready to take on the responsibility in the role of BAS U/P in our projects. This is a requirement.
• Good knowledge of contract law and experience working according to applicable regulations.
• Experience from previously completed projects with good references.
• Meritorious if you are KA (responsible for control) or construction inspector.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Driver's license B and access to a car (requirement, as travel in the job occurs).

You will drive projects from start to finish, and therefore need to be proactive, solution-oriented, and have a businesslike approach. You feel a strong responsibility for your work and take your own initiatives.

In your role, you have the important task of being the client's advisor. The work involves many contact points at different levels, which places high demands on your communication skills. You value good relationships, have an unpretentious working style, and are good at creating collaborations focused on achieving common goals.
